Chinese President Hu Jintao visited Croatia on Saturday on the last leg of his three-stop Eastern European tour, officials said.
Hu met with his Croatian counterpart Stjepan Mesic in Zagreb to discuss bilateral issues after earlier attending a pair of summits in Russia's Yekaterinburg and visiting Slovakia, the state-run Chinese news agency Xinhua reported.
In Zagreb, Hu attended the opening ceremony of the China-Croatia Commerce Forum and an entrepreneurs' business fair, as well as discussing ways of improving an all-round cooperative partnership between the two countries that has existed since 2005, the news agency said.
