Margaritum company, part of the Luxemburg investment fund Adriatiq Fcp, has announced plans to invest around EUR 10 million in the construction of the "Dalmatia Aquapark" in Dugopolje.
The centre will cover an area of 120,000 square metres in the Podi trade zone near Zagreb-Spalato motorway, and will include sports grounds, bars, restaurants, a fitness centre, a congress centre and a small hotel. Construction of the new park, which should attract around 3,000 guests per day, is expected to start this autumn.
Margaritum has been active on the local market since 2001 and owns three hotels at the Dalmatian coast, as well as a marina in Tribunj.
