Flights to the medieval city of Dubrovnik are increasing with a range of new routes from UK airports.
Launching flights from Gatwick Airport on May 1st, easyJet became the latest budget airline to add new flights to the Croatian city.
This comes after Jet2.com flights from Belfast and LeedsBradford to Dubrovnik went on sale over the weekend.
Jet2.com released a statement which said the seaside city was "fast becoming" a top destination for 2009.
"It is steeped in history and culture, providing plenty of sightseeing to satisfy any traveller," the company added.
According to budget airline Jet2.com, a Dubrovnik holiday is "fast becoming" one of the top destinations for 2009.
The poor exchange rate means that many Britons are avoiding eurozone countries in favour of countries like Croatia.
According to the Post Office Holiday Costs Barometer, Croatia was amongst the three cheapest options for a bargain holiday in Europe alongside Turkey and Bulgaria.
