Croatian privatisation fund HFP yesterday announced plans to call a new tender for the sale of five hotels in Dalmatia, reports Hina press agency.
All five hotels are having problems with meeting their liabilities and are being sold along with their outstanding loans and debts, for which reason the asking price is lower than their actual value.
The hotels offered for sale include: Zivogosce, going for around EUR 2.2 million, Podgora (EUR 1.5 million for a 55 per cent stake), HTP Korcula (EUR 8.7 million for 50 per cent stake), Medena (EUR 81.6 million for 53 per cent stake), while a minority holding in the Modra spilja hotel is going for just over EUR 1 million.
