The first property auction in Croatia will be organized tomorrow (September 26) by a property website CentarNekretnina.net and the Croatia Property Auctions company. The auction will be held at the Hotel Antunovic in Zagreb, starting at 11am.

More than 50 properties including a number of residential properties (apartments, villas, and houses), commercial properties and land plots will be offered for sale.

CentarNekretnina.net and Croatia Property Auctions started their cooperation in June with the aim of "waking up" the Croatian property market, which has significantly stagnated in the last few months.

The forthcoming auction has generated a great interest, both from sellers and potential buyers, according to the organisers.
