Cheap flights carrier Jet2.com will launch flights to Split and Dubrovnik from Manchester next summer. Flights to Dubrovnik (Thursdays and Sundays) will start on April 29th to Dubrovnik and weekly service to Split (Saturdays) will start on May 8th. Fares start at £29.99 one way exc. taxes.
The new services will bring the total number of routes provided by Jet2 from Manchester Airport to 28. Extra aircraft will be based at the gateway in the north-west, meaning 140,000 additional seats will be available to travellers over the summer period.
Philip Meeson, chief executive of Jet2, said: "Next summer will see us fly up to 140,000 extra passengers to fantastic destinations across Europe and northern Africa, ensuring that people living in and around the region have an unprecedented choice of holiday destinations.
"We have carefully planned our schedule and flight times to suit our passengers' needs, giving them the option to take short breaks or longer holidays of seven, ten or 14 days."
Last month, the airline also confirmed that it will be launching direct weekly flights to Dubrovnik from Edinburgh Airport next summer.
