Dalmatia’s city of Split will get its first online supermarket tomorrow with the launch of e-butiga.com website. Shoppers will be able to browse and buy food and other goods online, and enjoy free home delivery.
“Online supermarket customers will avoid the crowds in stores, save time and money as products will be cheaper online”, announced Josip Kurbasa, the founder of the e-butiga.com, adding that shoppers will be able to pay for purchases online by card or cash on delivery.
There will be 7,000 products in the online store and home deliveries will be made in Split area, Solin, Kastela and Trogir.
The company also plans to launch a virtual shopping centre with some 80 stores, according to Kurbasa.
