A new business centre opened in Dubrovnik yesterday. The Grawe Business Centre was officially opened by Dubrovnik mayor Andro Vlahusic and management of Grawe Nekretnine d.o.o. company, the owner of the new centre. The opening ceremony was also attended by local officials and business people.
The Grawe Business Centre is located in the very centre of Gruz, an attractive location with fast and easy access both to Dubrovnik city centre and all major city roads. The centre is also exceptionally well connected with city transport.
The centre consists of one underground and 6 above ground levels. In the ground floor of the building are business premises intended for dealing with clients, branches, banks, representative offices, while in the upper levels are business and office premises.
The building was constructed with great attention paid to details and architectural design solutions and in accordance with the high standards of modern corporations.
