Croatian generic drugs maker PharmaS will launch in December the construction of a production and storage facility in the Popovaca area, central Croatia, the Popovaca municipality said on Thursday.
Over the coming five years, investments by PharmaS will reach around EUR 42 million (equivalent to Kn 300 million). The new centre at Popovaca will cover an area of 4,930 square metres and will include production of no-name drugs, a warehouse, a quality-control laboratory and offices.
The company's objective is to break into regional markets.
