Visitors to Split will be in for a treat in the coming months as Marc Chagall exhibition opened yesterday. The exhibition will be open from May 5 to August 9 in the Split City Hall. Seventy seven Chagall's works will be presented under the title "Dreams of love, poetry and faith".

Chagall’s work includes some of the best-known and most-loved paintings of our time. He was associated with several key art movements and one of the most successful artists of the twentieth century. 

Russian-born Chagall created artwork in virtually every artistic medium including paintings, book illustrations, stained glass, stage sets, ceramics, tapestries and fine art prints.
