Luxury mixed-use development project Ban Centar located on the main square in Zagreb, Jelacic Square, is going to be finalized in the summer 2011, Croatian press reports.

The most luxury development residential project in Croatia has around 70 apartments and three penthouse apartments with price per square meter ranging between EUR 7,000 and EUR 10,000.

Along with apartments, the building will have secured space for parking, commercial facilities and shopping malls which altogether could push overall project value to more than EUR 100 million.

Company Centar – Gradski podrum (37.5% owned by Institut IGH), which is responsible for construction of the project, announced a strong interest for apartments, indicating that more than 50 bookings have already been made.
