The Flaming Lips, an American rock band, will play T-Mobile INmusic Festival in Zagreb this June. Formed in 1983 in Oklahoma City, the band is known for their multi-layered, psychedelic song arrangements and wonderful live shows featuring balloons, video projections, puppets, and frontman Wayne Coyne's signature man-sized plastic bubble. In 2002, Q magazine named The Flaming Lips one of the "50 Bands to See Before You Die".
The band has had a number of hits over the years, released 13 studio albums and won three Grammys. Their single 'Do you realize' became the official rock song for Oklahoma. Last year saw the band release a remake of Pink Floyd's “The Dark Side of the Moon” featuring both Henry Rollins and Peaches.
