Croatia is among the top 10 most affordable destinations in the world according to the German-language Yahoo! Travel Magazine.

The magazine listed Croatia along with Thailand, Mexico, India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Egypt and Hungary as countries where Europeans can go a long way with their Euros for a memorable holiday.

More and more travellers are discovering their love for Croatia according to the magazine. The country was praised for its diverse landscape, good wine, traditional and welcoming hospitality, and the fact that it remains outside the eurozone so the holiday budget can stretch a little bit further.
