Punta Skala IMMO Exclusive, a new luxury development located just a few kilometres from Zadar, is due to open on June 1st. The development, which features 147 high spec luxury apartments, nine detached family villas with swimming pools and extensive sport facilities, covers a surface area of 33,871 square metres.

The architectural design of the resort fits into the Mediterranean ambience and reflects typical Dalmatian architecture encompassing stone walls, typical Dalmatian clay roofs, characteristic stairs and window shutters, courtyards and gardens. 

The developer, Zadar-based P.S. IMMO, invested some 30 million euros in the construction of the resort. According to the company, 20 per cent of the properties have already been reserved and sold.
