Air Vallée, the Italian based airline, announced the launch of flights from Federico Fellini Airport in Rimini to Split in Croatia this July. Rimini is located in Italy’s North East on the Adriatic coast and is some 16 kilometers away from San Marino.
Air Vallée will operate two weekly flights to Split (on Thursdays and Sundays) starting July 3rd. Tickets are available for booking via the airline’s website. All flights will be operated by the 34 seat Dornier 328JET. The summer flight schedule will end on Sept 30 2010.
Rimini is the third Italian city to be connected with Split. Croatia Airlines offers regular flights to Rome, while seasonal flights are provided by Dubrovnik Airline, easyJet and Lufthansa to Rome and Milan.
