President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych signed a decree on temporary introduction of visa-free regime for citizens of the Republic of Croatia, the official web site of the head of state reported.
Visa-free regime is introduced for the citizens of Croatia for the period from June 15th to October 31st, 2010.
Unilaterally imposed by Ukraine, visa-free entry is valid for all EU countries, limiting the stay of citizens of these countries in Ukraine to 90 days, UKRINFORM reported.
Visa-free entry also applies to Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Japan, Vatican, 10 CIS countries, as well as EU candidate Iceland. Now (temporarily) added to the list is Croatia, a candidate to the EU, which for several years during the holiday season offered the same visa-free regime for Ukrainians.
