The Slovak air carrier Danube Wings announced that it will operate regular flights to Croatian destinations along the Adriatic Sea this summer.
The routes from Bratislava to Zadar and Split in Croatia will open on June 18 and the connection between Bratislava, Kosice and Rijeka in Croatia will begin on June 23, the company's media representative, Ludovit Toth, told the SITA newswire.
In addition, Danube Wings will also operate a line between Bratislava and Kosice as well as several Italian domestic and international charter flights during the summer. During last summer season, Danube Wings offered scheduled flights on twelve routes.
The carrier served 86,894 passengers last year, an increase of 11.7 per cent from a year earlier when carrier transported 77,800 passengers, SITA reported.
