The first EU Information Centre in Croatia opened in Dubrovnik on Friday evening (December 9th). The centre will provide Croatian citizens with all information related to the EU.
Located in the offices of Dubrovnik City Library, the centre was opened by the European House in Dubrovnik and in cooperation with the city and state authorities.
The opening of the centre coincides with the Croatia’s signing of the Accession Treaty with the European Union member states in Brussels on Friday, which paves the way for the country to become the block’s 28th member on July 1, 2013.
