Jezera, a town on the island of Murter, is to get its first hotel. The Association of Croatian and Foreign Entrepreneurs is set to build the hotel, which will have a capacity of 280.
The total investment is estimated to be about EUR 20 million and is composed of own capital as well as loans issued by the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR). Local and county authorities have also lent support to the project, which will result in the first tourist accommodation to be built on the island for forty years.
