Dugi otok (Long island) is the largest island in Zadar archipelago. Its west coast is high and rugged and most towns are on the eastern side, Sali, Bozava, Brbinj and Veli Rat to name a few.
There are two most prominent features on this island with varied landscape – the lighthouse on the north-west side and a nature part Telascica on the south-east side which is adjacent to the Kornati National Park
The island doesn’t get many visitors and is accessible by a boat service from Zadar which takes about an hour and a half.
