The island of Pasman is a part of Zadar archipelago, separated by Pasman Channel from the mainland and its closest towns of Zadar and Biograd. It is covered in lush Mediterranean vegetation, olive groves and aromatic plants and has some of the cleanest waters due to constant current changes.
The archaeological finds suggest that the island was inhabited early in the stone age and many remains from the later periods are found as well – Illyrian fortifications, Roman ruins and mosaics. The biggest settlements on the island inclyde Tkon, Ugrinic, Kraj, Pasman and Mali Pasman.
